About the Tool

Zenith Ultra-5K

The World's First 5,000-Gene Transformer Foundation Engine for Generative Biology. Bridging the gap between computational models and biological reality.

Our Mission

Nilus Lab was founded with a singular vision: to decode the stochastic nature of cellular reprogramming. The IS-CHRP (In Silico Cellular Heuristic Reprogramming Platform) represents the culmination of a decade of research into the Yamanaka factors (OSKM) and their influence on the epigenetic landscape.

Version 26.1 "Zenith Ultra" is our most ambitious release yet. By integrating a 285M parameter Transformer-based foundation engine, we have achieved a simulation fidelity that mirrors real-world Human Cell Atlas (HCA) benchmarks with unprecedented accuracy.

Generative Biology

Unlike traditional deterministic models, Zenith leverages generative AI to predict novel cell states and transition probabilities in high-dimensional gene space.

Validation First

Every algorithm in Zenith is rigorously audited against the "Drift-Diffusion" benchmark, ensuring that our simulations are not just visually stunning, but scientifically accurate.

Core Technology

  • Zenith Ultra-5K Engine: A 12-layer Transformer model capturing complex gene-gene regulatory attention.
  • Epigenetic Control: Models chromatin accessibility barriers dynamic to cellular bio-age.
  • Kagawea-Sim Renderer: A bespoke WebGL renderer designed to mimic fluorescence and phase-contrast microscopy.
  • HD Manifold Explorer: A 5,000-gene dimensionality reduction interface for analyzing cell trajectories.
